This fresh, aromatic, harmonious and soft wine with a straw yellow color, green reflection, plenty of fruit flavours (green apple) and floral bouquet develops relatively high extracts in the vineyards of Erdut, due to which it may bloom, in some years, into lovely high quality wine. Its bitterness and minerality provides this wine with the distinctiveness of the Danube region.
It goes well with a wide range of meat meals and fish and it is often served with a local specialty fish stew.
Best served at temperatures between 10 and 12°C
