This world’s most widely-planted white wine grape variety has taken the best from the abundant sunshine and fertile soil of the vineyards of Erdut: it is characterized by a harmonic body and a straw yellow colour; the wine is rather soft, though so typically “chardonnay”, with detectable flavours of citrus, tropical fruit but caramel and honey as well.

It is recommended to be served at the temperature of 12°C, accompanied with snacks, fish, poultry, beef, cold lamb, game, hard cheese and eggs.
