“Tango With Life Grand Selection wine by Jasna Antunović from Dalj contains two varieties, the son Cabernet Sauvignon and the father Cabernet Franc, as well as three vintages (2015, 2016 and 2017). The wine got its fruitiness and herbal nuances due to the varieties, balance thanks to the different vintages, mineral salinity from the soil of Erdut vineyards, sweetness as a result of the sun that illuminates the Danube region, and spark of passion infused by the winemaker. It is on the grounds of that passion that she named the wine after the South American dance of expressed eroticism during which the partners leave as little “air” as possible between one another, which made the dance banned in Europe up to the beginning of the previous century… The wine will dance nicely when paired with fine meat paste, red meat steaks or duck breasts coated with sweet and sour sauce made from honey and lime, roasted towards the end.” Story gourmet, Ivo Kozarčanin
